Clenbuterol, when used for its fat-burning properties is best used in a "pyramid scheme".
Its best to start from 20 mcg (0.02mg - [zero point zero two milligrams]) to 40 mcg per day and slowly work your way up increasing the dose every 3 days by 20 mcg, to a maximum of 120-160 mcg (most find 80 mcg to be adequate).

The dosages in the table above are only a guideline. Do not proceed directly to the maximum dosage without starting off on low dosages as this can cause a shock to your system. Please read our Clenbuterol side effects guide for a list of side effects and how to stop them.

- If side effects are unbearable, decrease dosage.
- Tappering off at the end of the cycle is not necessary, but it may help you get over.
- Drink a lot of water, and consume antioxidants to avoid tremors.
- Use headache pills if necessary.
- Do not take Clenbuterol after 3 or 4pm, you will have trouble sleeping. Tablets are taken in forenoon with food, each tablet separately on two to tree hours.
Clenbuterol Side effects
Most users that report bad side effects and discontinue use are those who use high doses right at the start of the cycle. The worst side effects occur within the first 3-4 days of use.
A first time user should not exceed 40mcg the first day. Increase by one tab until the side effects are not tolerable.
Muscle cramps tremors and headaches are most common clenbuterol side effects. Some users report trouble sleeping.
- Muscle crams and tremors are dealt with by drinking 1.5 - 2 gallons of water and consuming bananas and oranges or any other antioxidant source you might prefer.
- Use Taurine at 3-5grams daily to minimize cramps.
Headaches can easily be avoided with Tylenol Extra Strength taking at the first signs of a headache.
Do not take Clenbuterol past 4pm or you might experience trouble with sleeping.
- On the brighter side, one can expect feeling of being energized, opened lounges, easy breath, hyperactivity.
If you experience any of these following side effects, reduce your dosage slightly:
Nausea
Dizziness
Drowsiness
Tremors
Dry Mouth
Insomnia
Vomiting
If your side effects are severe then please consult you physician and discontinue use.
